Directions to Riverview Lodge

To assist you in finding your way to Riverview Lodge when coming into Cape Town on either N1 or N2 motor highways, a brief description of signs to follow are set out below.

Coming in on the N1

  1. Take the “M5 – Black River Parkway” off ramp
  2. Take the Exit 9B “N2 – CAPE TOWN”
  3. Take Exit 8 – “M57 – Liesbeek Park” off ramp.
  4. Take the right hand fork “Liesbeek Parkway M57 Salt River”.
  5. Turn left at first set of traffic lights/robots into Station Road “M163, M4 Main Road.
  6. Proceed over bridge over railway line. Riverview Lodge is visible from top of bridge on right hand side.
  7. Take the first right into Drake Street at the bottom of bridge and immediately right again.
  8. Go to the end of the road. Riverview Lodge is the large building in front of you on your left hand side.

Coming in on the N2 from the airport

  1. Take Exit 8 – “M57 – Liesbeek Parkway” off ramp.
  2. Take the right hand fork “Liesbeek Parkway M57 Salt River”.
  3. Turn left at the first set of traffic lights/robots into Station Road “M163, M4 Main Road
  4. Proceed over bridge over railway line. Riverview Lodge is visible from top of bridge on right hand side.
  5. Take the first right into Drake Street at the bottom of bridge and immediately right again.
  6. Go to the end of the road. Riverview Lodge is the large building in front of you on your left hand side.

Coming in on the N2 from Cape Town CBD OR coming in on M3 past UCT

  1. Take the N2 – “Cape Town International – Somerset West”.
  2. Take Exit 8 – “M57 Liesbeek Parkway” on your left-hand side.
  3. Take the left hand fork – “M57 Salt River”
  4. Turn left at the first set of traffic lights – robots into “Station Road” M163, M4 Main Road.
  5. Proceed over bridge over railway line. Riverview Lodge is visible from top of bridge on right hand side.
  6. Take the first right into Drake Street at the bottom of bridge and immediately right again.
  7. Go to the end of the road. Riverview Lodge is the large building in front of you on your left hand side.
